Bio

S. representative for California's 49th congressional district since 2019. A member of the Democratic Party, Levin represents most of San Diego's North County, including Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, as well as a portion of southern Orange County. He is currently serving his fourth term. Levin flipped the historically Republican-held seat in 2018 after the retirement of Darrell Issa and has won four consecutive elections in the competitive district.

AIPAC is a pro-Israel lobbying group that spends on elections two ways. Its PAC collects donations from members and sends them to campaigns, where they become the candidate’s money to spend. Its super PAC, United Democracy Project, runs its own ads, and the candidate gets no say in those, whether they help or hurt.
